Woohoo Buddy — Returns & Refund Policy

At Woohoo Buddy, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

To request a return, email info@woohoobuddy.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Items should be returned in a condition that allows us to reasonably determine whether the item qualifies for a return. Where appropriate, products should be returned with their original packaging, accessories and components.

Defective, Unsafe or Incorrect Products

If your product is defective, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, or does not correspond with what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected by this policy. Where applicable, qualifying defective or non-compliant goods may be returned within the periods and subject to the rights provided by law, including applicable rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns under our 30-day policy, the product must be unused or in a condition suitable for resale, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return may be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will process the applicable refund.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing times.

Where a refund is required by applicable law, we will process it in accordance with that law.

Non-Returnable Situations

Certain products may not qualify for a change-of-mind return where their nature, condition, hygiene considerations, personalization, use, or applicable law makes a return inappropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@woohoobuddy.com and provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
